What are your policies?

50% deposit is required upon placement of your sign order.

Full payment of balance due is required for pickup or installation of your order.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Checks are accepted, but must be accompanied by a major credit card and a valid drivers license of the authorized signer on the account.

Checks that are returned for insuffecient funds will see the balance due, plus a $25.00 returned check fee, charged to the credit card on file.

If you need to finance your purchase there are many banks and financing companies that will work with you to get a small business loan.

Rush orders will incur a charge of 30%

Rush orders must be specified at the time the order is placed. We can not always accommodate a rush order, if we can we will let you know.

In order to produce our work effeciently and keep our highest standards of quality, we run a very tight production schedule. All orders placed here are custom orders. Most signs are produced in 1 week or less. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will try our best to work with you. Anything needed before the standard 1 week turnaround will be considered a rush order and will incur a rush charge.
